If you decline a delivery request, it will be re-assigned to another Courier Driver but we strongly advise that you accept all delivery requests assigned to you. This will reflect positively on your ratings and enhance your chances of getting more delivery requests in future. If you are busy or just wish to take a break, you can go Offline and back Online when ready to complete delivery requests.
