There's no delivery surge. Haraqisha delivery billing is done based on:

  1. Distance: total Kilometers traveled.

  2. Time: total minutes traveled.

  3. Base Fare: the amount the delivery starts at.

The payment is thus calculated as: ((base fare + time rate + distance rate).
