You are free to cancel your delivery request within 5 minutes of being accepted by a courier driver. However, if you cancel 5 minutes into a dispatch, a cancellation fee shall apply.
Request for a delivery only when you're certain you would like the delivery done to avoid cancellation charges.
Cancellation fee is the minimum delivery charge of Ksh 150.
