In instances where you are unable to end a ride due to either a slow internet connection or unresponsive GPS, please tap on the overflow menu(Three dots arranged vertically) at the top right corner of your active window and a drop down menu will appear. Tap on the first option in the menu, ' End ride successfully' to complete the ride.
