Haraqisha drivers must:

Be at least 22 years old
Have at least 5 years of driving experience in Kenya
Have a sedan or hatchback that is not more than 8 years old
Be in possession of a smart phone running an android OS of version 4.1 or up
Be in possession of a valid PSV Badge
Have a valid insurance cover for the vehicle they wish to on-board
Should be in possession of a valid driving license
